We use SunActive® Fe, a patented iron formulation developed in Japan, known for its superior bioavailability. In our menopause - support formulations, we include Chasteberry (Vitexagnus-castus), a botanical traditionally used in European medicine and supported by modern clinical studies for its role in supporting hormonal balance, particularly in PMS and perimenopausal symptoms.
