Due to our strict food safety and sanitary protocols, we do not accept return requests for items delivered.

    Refund Policy

    Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

    1. The product ordered by you is out of stock with us.
    2. The pincode provided by you is unserviceable.

    Cancellations

    Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

    We request customers to carefully review their order details, including the product, quantity, shipping address, and contact information before completing the purchase.

    All orders are processed immediately after confirmation, therefore we are unable to accommodate cancellation or refund requests once the order has been successfully placed.

    Processing Orders

    Our business hours are 10 AM to 5 PM Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Friday. For inquiries outside business hours, please email us at customercare@gytree.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.

    Replacements for Order Mismatch/Missing/Damaged Items

    We double-check all orders before packing and shipping. However, if you receive an order with incorrect or missing items, contact customercare@gytree.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include photos and videos of the package, its contents, the shipping label on the box, and the invoice slip inside. We will arrange a replacement.
