Return & Refund Policy


Due to our strict food safety and sanitary protocols, we do not accept return requests for items delivered without any damages or defects.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Products have been opened, used, or altered.
  • The original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
  • The return/replacement request is made more than 72 hours after the date of delivery.
  • The damaged or missing product is reported more than 72 hours after the date of delivery.
  • The return is requested for a reason other than a manufacturing defect.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. The product ordered by you is out of stock with us.
  2. You comply with the return policy stated above.
  3. The product returned by you is in good condition and hasn't been tampered with.
  4. You were charged twice for a single order from the same email address.


- All cancellations are subject to a 10% deduction for transactional fees. To initiate a cancellation, contact us at, and we will respond within 24 working hours.

- For cancellations after dispatch, please inform us of your reason and refuse the order upon delivery. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status to “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated,” we will process your refund.

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Our business hours are 10 AM to 5 PM Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Friday. For inquiries outside business hours, please email us at, and we will respond as soon as possible.

Replacements for Order Mismatch/Missing/Damaged Items

We double-check all orders before packing and shipping. However, if you receive an order with incorrect or missing items, contact within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include photos and videos of the package, its contents, the shipping label on the box, and the invoice slip inside. We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as needed.
